Yes. Your first 3 classes are free. No uniform is required for your first classes.
Little Bitty Jiu Jitsu for ages 3–5, Kids Jiu Jitsu for ages 6–14, and Beginner and All Levels Adult Jiu Jitsu for ages 15 and up.
No. We have a dedicated Beginner Jiu Jitsu class and coach everyone from absolute beginners to competitors.
Classes run six days a week, Monday through Saturday, with early-morning (5:30 AM), midday and evening options. See the full class schedule.
Yes. The schedule includes Gi and No-Gi classes for kids and adults, an open gym and an adult competition class.

Starting Saturday, Oct 31, Saturday mornings at Heart & Dagger are for the whole family: 10:30 AM all-ages drilling and fundamentals, 11 AM all-ages open mat, done by noon. Your first 3 classes are free.
